Job Description

The QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our boats achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all installations and/or repairs are successfully completed with a focus on quality.

To be a successful QC Specialist, you must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks that require stamina, an eagerness to learn on the job, and great attention to detail. A good QC Specialist is able to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently within the given deadline.

Essential Duties | Responsibilities

  • Install hardware such as ballast bags, propellers, etc.
  • Validate all software and accessories are working correctly
  • Prepare boat for lake testing
  • Utilize hoists to load/haul/transport all boats
  • Verify that there are no leaks
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Follow all guidelines and instructions for quality control.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in quality control.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and be able to troubleshoot/repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and boat driving experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Must be able to perform tasks under time pressure deadlines.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions.
  • Must be able to work well with teams and in close proximity to each other.
