Job Description

Currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and EVP with administrative duties to include answering phones, filing, opening mail, planning events, and making travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant must work independently, be organized and able to prioritize and multitask. Able to handle various levels of confidential information and maintain the upmost professionalism at all times. Typical schedule is 8 - 5, Mon - Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule/calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel for the CEO and other Correct Craft employees
  • Completes expense reports
  • Compete all administrative activities including additional projects as needed
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications

Qualifications

 

  • Local applicants only
  • 1 plus years administrative support experience
  • 2 year college degree or above preferred
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more with accuracy
  • Excellent at Data Entry
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with general office equipment
  • Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experienced in supporting a team
  • Excellent at verbal and written communication
  • Able to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism
