Position Overview

• Must be able to roll skin.
• Performs lay-up of fiberglass 
• Skin Experience 3-5 years 
• Must be able to polish, wax, buff, sand and grind molds, 
• Wears protective equipment while working

• Able to work in a hot and humid work environment
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work at a steady pace, noisy environment
• Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals.
• Must demonstrate record of dependability and reliability with prior work experience
• Must be able to work well with teams
• Understand and follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to use hand and tools
• Skills in fiberglass and resin preferred
