Directly responsible for training team members in the daily operations of our Small Parts team. The encouraging, patient, detail oriented trainer, will help the team meet facility goals regarding safety, quality and on-time delivery of products from one department to the next.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be flexible and willing to cross train within the department
• Plan, organize and implement training of associates
• Follow instruction of Manager/Supervisor/Lead
• Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards
• Teach associates processes according to company guidelines

• 3+ years experience in a production position with a manufacturing plant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication
• Able to work in a deadline driven environment
• Experienced in Small Parts production preferred
