We are looking for an individual that can pull the hull and deck out of the mold, using a crane, and prepping it for the next station. This is a physical job that requires detailed work for the right candidate. The Puller will also prep hulls by taping paper inside the mold where stripes will be gelcoated. 

We offer $13-$14 per hour, DOE and a 11am - 9:30pm shift.

·         Perform tasks under time sensitive deadlines

·         Operate forklift

·         Clean and de-mold all parts properly

·         Wrap and prep molds for gelcoating

·         Communicate to Supervisor if molds are damaged

·         Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.

·         Must be able to wear proper safety equipment when necessary.

·         Experienced using small hand tools, such as grinder, scraper, blower, razor knife, etc.

·         Forklift experience needed

·         Able to lift up to 50 pounds

·         Able to stand for extended periods of time

·         Able to squat, climb, bend, etc. as needed to apply stripes inside of hulls
