Job Description

We are seeking the right individual that can learn assembly of the award winning Nautique Boat. Re you mechanically inclined and able to work as a team to achieve results? Are you able to follow directions and stay on task as you assemble key parts in the boat? 

The main installation in this area will be interior, hinges, and shocks. Special care will need to be taken when installing interior into the boats as to avoid costly mistakes.  You will be inspecting all parts you install to ensure our quality standards are met. In this area lifting parts above your head and resting them on the decks as you climb stairs to enter the boat is a common practice. We offer a 5:30am - 4pm shift, Mon - Thurs, with a pay range of $13-$14/hour. 

Qualifications

  • Experienced with and able to use a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet
  • Able to follow instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead
  • Able to work with a team to complete daily tasks
  • Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
  • Must be able to perform maintenance required for machines or tools
  • Able to read orders and identify missing or defective parts
  • Must have strong attention to detail and able to keep work area clean
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
