Job Description

The Centurion & Supreme Boats Marketing Manager is tasked with working with the Sales & Marketing Team as well as the VP of Marketing & Brand Direction to establish an overall marketing plan for Centurion & Supreme Boats. This role will develop marketing tactics to achieve the plan as well as a budget supporting those tactics. The Marketing manager will foster relationships with internal and external groups/ individuals to achieve the goals of the marketing plan to direct and analyze task execution in relation to Centurion and Supreme objectives. These tasks should be executed to maximize our connection with enthusiasts while appreciating their wants and needs so we can respond quickly and effectively to create enthusiasm for the Centurion and Supreme brands. (C.A.R.E.) Our marketing efforts should make life better for employees, dealers, retail customers, other partners, community members and our world.

Essential Duties | Responsibilities 

  • Plan marketing strategy with Marketing Team to support the overall C.A.R.E. marketing plan as well as our "why" of making life better.
  • Working with VP of Marketing & Brand Direction on budget and timelines.
  • Help execute the current Centurion & Supreme Strategic Plan.
  • Plan and execute various marketing tactics including capturing and creating brand content.
  • Be responsive to all internal and external Marketing Partners.
  • Establish realistic expectations with internal and external Marketing Partners and follow-up regularly to understand their progress as well as challenges to meet our objectives.
  • Report weekly to VP of Marketing & Brand Direction on the progress of marketing projects.
  • Communicate Marketing strategies and execution to the dealer network.
  • Help direct and develop the Marketing Team with VP of Marketing & Brand Direction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications    or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven marketing and promotion experience.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast trends and analyze metrics.
  • Strong comprehension of both traditional and emerging channels for marketing.
  • Experience with online content marketing.
  • Ability to work well with teams.
  • Proven customer service and customer-focused outreach.
  • Expertise with social media development strategy and managing social accounts on multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with website development and web copy.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and web design.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Must be proficient at operating and trailering a water sports boat. Graphics, photo and video editing skills are required in addition to a strong proficiency in creative writing.
