Job Description

Do you want to join the maker of the World's Best Towboat? Are you looking to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, who's company culture is centered on its employees and philanthropy? Do you love being an integral piece of the manufacturing process? Nautique has an opening for a Bill of Materials Administrator. 

The main function you would have is to document and create accurate Bill of Materials for our ERP system that informs the Manufacturing teams daily production and all components necessary to manufacture our products to ensure accurate pricing, inventory accuracy and product fulfillment.  Accuracy in this position is critical to the Nautique business plan.

Typical day includes:

  • Working with the Product Development team
  • Working with the Engineering team
  • Use our ERP system daily, which is Epicor
  • Work closely with the Materials Manager and Purchasing Department
  • Maintain a data base
  • Attend meetings with your team

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to take direction from multiple sources
  • Able to communicate verbally and written
  • Able to learn the boat manufacturing process
  • Experienced in purchasing
  • Experienced with Epicor, Microsoft Office and Vantage
  • Must be detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to work in both a hot and air conditioned environment
  • Able to maintain professional interactions with all team members
  • Experienced with inventory
