Job Description

We are looking for a support associate who is an expert in Microsoft Office and is trained in ISO. The quality department communicates the voice of the customer. Our Quality Document Control Specialist controls this communication.  They receive, file and distribute the standards that are placed into and taken from our quality information system.  This process involves a disciplined approach to critical thinking, document editing skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs.  This position would receive a document, identify any steps necessary to store it and retrieve this information upon request.  Our quality control specialist will store and or log the information needed for our company to operate.   This is a first shift position, Mon - Fri. 

A typical day would include:

  • Receives, logs, edits and stores multiple forms of manufacturing documentation.    
  • Transcribes video, audio and hand-written notes into word documents with pictures.
  • Process AIMSco data and generate reports.
  • Deliver presentations to teams on available information. 
  • Create, monitor and finish complex projects.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Works in a deadline driven environment

Qualifications

  • Excellent Organization Skills & self-motivated
  • Able to interact professionally with different departments and all team members
  • Able to lift 40 Lbs.
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to clearly communicate written and verbal information
  • At least one year experience in office support to a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR)
  • AIMSco experience a plus 
  • ISO experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
