Aktion Parks owns and operates both Miami Watersports Complex and Orlando Watersports Complex, two of the largest cable wakeboard parks in the U.S. and two of the most recognized parks in the world.

The Dockside Grill Lead may be right for you if you have an eye for details, love to cook and have exceptional customer service. The right candidate will be service food to our guests while they participate in their favorite OWC activity. Maintaining food quality, food safety and sanitation are of utmost importance to this position. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for assisting with ordering supplies and picking up inventory to maintain levels 

· Ensures that all preparations are in accordance with established recipes

· Maintains all cost of goods by performing monthly inventory

· Ensures established safety practices are followed 

· Provides work direction of other production workers within the area of responsibility. 

· Trains production workers  

• Must have at least 1 year in a fast food or restaurant environment
• Must ensure compliance of the State of Florida's DBPR Division of Hotels and Restaurants Standards by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the Food Safety Codes
• Must understand and actively participate in Health & Safety responsibilities 
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to complete the  Florida Food Safety Manager Certification 
• Must have exceptional Customer Service
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have a flexible schedule to involve working peak periods such as Weekends, Holidays, Winter, Spring and Summer Breaks, etc.
