Job Description

Main installations in this area will be interior, hinges, and shocks. Interior is made in-house and can be damaged by sharp objects. Special care will need to be taken when installing interior into the boats. In this area lifting parts above your head and resting them on the decks as you climb stairs to enter the boat is a common practice and should be done with care to avoid any injuries.

Qualifications

Be able to use a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet

Keep work area clean and orderly

Follow instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead when doing miscellaneous duties

Work with a team to complete daily tasks

• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards
• Perform maintenance required for machines or tools
• Be able to identify read orders and identify missing or defective parts
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
