Job Description

• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
• Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

**The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents.
They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance

Qualification & Experience : Fresher MBA/PGDM
 

Salary : Upto 2.00 to 3.2 lacs p.a. & depends on Candidate’s Knowledge & Experience, not a constraint for right candidate.
