• ·         Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills,  platforms, qualifications and relevant experience
• ·         Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and interviewing the candidate. Coordinate the interview with the respective department.
• ·         Add posting on OLX, Quirk and  for job openings.
• ·         Recruitment through Job Posting, Employee Referral, consultancy, Job Portals, Head hunting, campus drive etc.
• ·         Handling entire recruitment process, like: Telephonic Screening and Initial Screening of Candidates,
• ·         Schedule interviews as per convenience of Panel, Negotiate salary and other terms & condition.
• ·         Reference check for selected candidate. 

Graduate Fresher or HSC with 1 year tele salse Experience.
