Shipping/Production/Production Clerk is responsible for coordinating shipping activities, maintaining accurate production and inventory records, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting daily production operations. This position works closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure materials and finished products are processed and shipped accurately and on schedule shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required, production, inventory, and order incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments, and shipping information before orders leave production orders and update records regarding quantities, inventory, shipments, or documentation warehouse and production personnel with administrative maintain a clean and organized work area experience in shipping, receiving, production, warehouse, or administrative support is familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software attention to detail and time-management skills a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment prolonged standing or sitting, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting or moving of materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, production, warehouse, or administrative support is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to accurately enter data and maintain organized records.

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP, inventory-management, or shipping software.

• Knowledge of shipping procedures and freight documentation.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

This position may require prolonged standing or sitting, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting or moving of materials. Specific requirements may vary based on the work environment.
