ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a remote internship for Summer 2025.

The Business Development Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands will support the growth initiatives of MBCI by assisting with market research, identifying potential business opportunities, and contributing to strategic projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential business opportunities
  • Assist in the identification and qualification of potential leads through various channels
  • Support outreach efforts, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth strategies
  • Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to support cross-functional projects
  • Prepare reports on market research, lead generation efforts, and business development activities

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Pursing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and/or marketing is preferred
  • Ability to interpret data and trends is required
