ABOUT THE ROLE

This internship is remote for Summer 2025.

The Pricing Analyst Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for the execution of pricing activities for our Buildings, Components Residential Metal Roofing, and Retail Direct businesses.  Reporting directly to the Director, Strategic Pricing.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to pricing, sales, and market trends to support the development of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct research on competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of pricing models that reflect current market conditions and company objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards that summarize pricing analysis and highlight key findings for management.
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve pricing processes and methodologies.
  • Provide general support to the pricing team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related field is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and findings clearly is required
