Job Description
The Product Owner has an instrumental part to play in the creation of Cordic’s products. You will need to understand the needs of our users and the demands of the business domain we operate within to create a vision for our products. Working with the development teams on a daily basis you will be the voice of our customers and see your ideas turned into reality.
You will develop an intimate knowledge and understanding of our products, taking responsibility for tactical product decisions. Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver Cordic’s vision.
Based in the North of Cambridge, within easy access of the A14, the Cordic office is on the edge of the inspiring city where many advanced tech companies are based including varies other ground-breaking mobility technology businesses.
As a Product Manager you will:
· Research and analyse the market and users to define product vision, road-map and to identify growth opportunities
· Serve as a product expert to the development team to ensure the customers perspective is represented during the development life cycle
· Work with QA to ensure the functional requirements of new features are tested
· Work with sales, support and development teams to identify and define new features for the product
· Work with the marketing team to create a marketing strategy for new product releases
· Manage and prioritize product feature backlog
· Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionality
· Keep track of our competitors and industry trends
