Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, engaging and effective Executive Assistant to support some executive and senior management members. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to this team and be a key point of contact for matters concerning them.

The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.

This is a remote UK based role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make travel arrangements, domestic and international, for executive team and guests of Corbus
  • Schedule meetings
  • Calendar management
  • Monthly expense reports
  • Assist with company event planning for conventions, trade shows and employee social occasions

 

 

 

Qualifications

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a BS degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A quick learner, self-starter, and strong multi-tasker
  • High attention to details, well organized and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Knowledge of MS Office
