Job Description

  •  Lead delivery network optimization (fulfillment center, depot, reverse logistics) by enhancing, developing, and implementing systems to achieve delivery efficiencies.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop a Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management system to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies and performance KPIs.
  • Establish effective Fleet Management using data to assess performance and deliver cost optimization.
  • Lead in ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all delivery operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, health and safety standards as well as road safety.
  • Lead effective stakeholder management of our outsourced operations.
  • Demonstrate leadership ensuring effective team development as well as providing clear targets and goals.
  • Lead, implement and monitor the budget with a strong focus on both cost optimization and budget achievement.
  • Lead in risk identification to ensure there is active mitigation in place for high-priority risks.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years’ experience in supply chain or in a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Experience interacting at the Board, investor, and Executive committee level as well as at shop floor level.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
