Customers place orders online or offline – using our website  or USSD, or our network of digitally connected last-mile Agents located across 16 counties.   Our internally managed, technology-enabled warehousing and logistics operation delivers the order to the Agent in 2-4 days.   

Job Description

Reporting to the Graphics and Brand Oversight Manager, you will develop creative material to support marketing objectives and all other visual touchpoints of the brand.

As part of the marketing team that is responsible for producing marketing solutions for the business, you will be responsible for:

  • Translating briefs into concepts and creatively completed designs.

  • Proactively initiating ideas to constantly improve the quality of our design.

  • Consistently and accurately applying and adhering to brand guidelines.


  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/ Cloud: Primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.

  • Self-organization to manage workload priority.

  • Good literacy skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to take feedback and have creative discussions.

  • Ability to work well in teams and communicate between departments.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a graphic design role.

  • Portfolio is essential.
