Customers place orders online or offline – using our website www.copia.co.ke, USSD, or our network of over 20,000+ digitally connected last-mile Agents located across 16 counties.   Our internally managed, technology-enabled warehousing and logistics operation delivers the order to the Agent in 2-4 days.   

This role is responsible for the distribution of kitted orders from depots to customers via Agents. It includes the scanning out from depot, delivery and service monitoring on real time basis by use of the delivery dashboard and C-track.

Specifically, you will be accountable for;

• Confirming Driver Assistants daily attendance

• Confirming returns from DA’s and ensuring that they tally with the information in the Delivery App.

• Checking information on the order summaries, dispatching summaries and ensuring that driver sheets are correct before issuing to the Driver Assistants.

• Confirming of Redeliveries available on the dashboard and in the App

• Ensuring that 100% order scanning is achieved, and all trucks depart on time.

• Ensuring that inbound collection is done on time and giving feedback to procurement

• Continuously monitoring delivery status and reporting any unsolved discrepancies to the Delivery Manager 

• Informing Customer Service on potential delays impacting agreed service levels and negative status codes.

• Preparing and circulating daily performance reports.

• Ensuring that trucks return to the depot on the same day for preloading.

• Confirming end trips and checking the inbound collection report from procurement.

• Complying with the Copia's corporate responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards at all times.

• At least 1 year in a busy control room

• Must be comfortable working in a shift system. 

• Must have superior computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

• Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues over the phone and in writting.
