Job Description

The core of this role is to support the Sales team at Copia and the Sales Operations Manager in coordinating & executing operational tasks relating to ALL Sales Businesses (Field, Institution, TBCs & Chamas) achieve their objectives while reducing losses & inefficiencies within the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Transport management: Weekly disbursement of transport to the Field based sales teams
  • Sales Per Diem management: Planning & coordinating team meals, accommodation requests among other per diem expenses
  • Sales Field Activity management: Daily reporting/tracking of field visits, highlighting key areas requiring productivity improvement
  • Sales Vehicle management: Coordinating vehicle issuing, inspections, maintenance & payment of Company vehicles, while enforcing the vehicle policy
  • Sales Fuel management: Coordinating fuel allocation, tracking usage and preparing expenditure reports
  • Sales Expense reconciliation: Coordinating receipt collection, quality checks & sales expense monitoring to ensure expenditure within budget.
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist the sales team in other administrative tasks as shall assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

  • University Degree/Diploma in a business related field from a recognized University/College
  • Proven experience as inventory Associate or similar position will be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes
  • You possess a great work ethic with ability and will power to just get things done.
  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
  • High sense of initiative.
  • Should have good organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.
  • Ability to multitask.
