Joe Cooper CDJR of Shawnee is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Survey Index (CSI) Coordinator to join our team. The CSI Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction across all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, and Parts. This position is responsible for monitoring manufacturer CSI scores, responding to customer feedback, and supporting internal teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service related position. Prior experience as an Automotive Delivery or CSI Coordinator is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and bearing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in electronic technical support and/or technical aptitude is required.
