Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a results-oriented Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales department at one our retail dealerships in the OKC metro area. The Internet Sales Manager will oversee all online sales activities; manage a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators in order to increase conversion rate of online and digital clients.  

• Manage internet process standards
• Manage online sales activities to increase leads and internet based sales volume.
• Monitor and analyze online sales data and conversion metrics.
• Ensure prompt response to all internet customer inquiries.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Conduct and engage in regular training/coaching sessions.

• Proven leader and manager with tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and exceed performance metrics. 
• Past experience with proven results as an Internet Sales Manager at an automotive retail dealership.
• Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Ability to leverage data to generate revenue growth.
