We are currently accepting General Manager applications to manage and lead our Nissan dealership in Tulsa, OK.

• Understand and communicate corporate strategic vision to managers and sales/service teams. Make smart tactical decisions based on market conditions while overseeing sales teams, inventory and business operations.
• Recruit and retain top talent. Train and set measurable performance standards. Must be able to contribute to training and lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
• Exhibit a professionalism that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
• Forecast and present business performance metrics.
• Establish goals, and lead department to consistently achieve goals.
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.

• Extensive automotive dealership management experience with strong cognitive knowledge of sales/finance and service operations.
• Possess proven leadership skills to train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive CRM systems.
• Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Expertise in developing relationships.
