This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and consultation based on client need analysis, appropriate lease/finance structures, and client interaction and buying experience.
We offer a competitive gross commission pay plan plus unit bonuses, and kick start base salary during your structured training period.
Responsibilities
- Helps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to select the perfect fit for their transportation needs.
- Provide product demonstration and test drives.
- Guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
- Work with management to structure leases/purchases.
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat clients.
- Acquire knowledge of and stay current with the BMW product line.
- Attends product and sales training as necessary.
Qualifications
- Motivation for success and career in automotive retail. Previous luxury automotive sales or other luxury retail sales preferred.
- VIP level customer service skills: personalized experience, anticipate needs, exceed expectations, create emotional connection, analyze customer behavior and feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass all company pre-employment screening.
