Cooper Auto Group is currently accepting applications for an experienced automotive retail parts manager.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department.
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance o fall parts department staff.
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of all dealership departments.
- Create pricing guidelines for customer categories.
- Supervise stock order procedures.
- Monitor and conduct scheduled and spot inventory as necessary.
- Work closely with service department to ensure timely turnaround of necessary parts.
- Provide technical assistance with necessary.
- Develop and enforce customer experience guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Enforce safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous Parts Manager experience in an automotive dealership environment.
- Knowledge of primary automotive parts, parts numbers, and common associated parts.
- Expertise in automotive parts related software.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify practical problems and provide effective and efficient solutions.
