Job Description

Great opportunity for college students looking for part time or full time applicants. Hourly pay plus bonus.

Perfect opportunity to utilize your social media skills to earn an income! Use your social media skills to purchase cars from Facebook and other social media and online platforms.

Our acquisitions center is in constant motion with buyers attending both online and live auctions. Additionally, we have a dedicated buyer purchasing vehicles from private parties. We are currently interviewing auto enthusiasts to provide administrative support to the buying center. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality who enjoys customer engagement. Administrative duties include but not limited to assisting with appropriate purchase agreements; liaison with corporate accounting office; and assisting with transportation issues for vehicles purchased out-of-state.

The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training, experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive sales/service. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a similar customer engagement position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of the industry
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
