Installer Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Keep a professional image at all times
• Keep company truck and tools properly maintained
• Participate in all company sponsored training classes

Service Tech Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Perform repair service calls
• Give customers Repair vs. Replacement Options on all non-warranty equipment
• Put Cool Air USA stickers on all equipment serviced
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Keep a professional image at all times
• Keep company truck and tools properly maintained
• Participate in all company sponsored training classes

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Own hand tools, power drill and gauges
• A clean driving record
