You are a self-starter and experienced marketer and keen to be involved from lead generation to sales closure. You are well-suited to a dynamic team and agile enough to do what is needed.

What You’ll Do
Based at our NYC office in midtown Manhattan, you will:
Be responsible of all digital ecosystem elements like website, social media accounts, CRM infrastructure and its link w/ offline touch points
Work internally and externally to develop content and ensure that it is coherent and relevant and gains visibility on media channels (websites, blogs, and all social media accounts), which contributes to the overall content strategy
Plan and implement digital ad campaigns such as SEM, social, and display by coordinating external and internal resources to complete on time and on budget
Track data-driven online performance, analysis, reporting of your activities and deriving improvement measures
Collaborate with sales to identify their needs and content necessary to engage and close prospects
Work alongside Product Marketing Manager to make sure that all activities are coordinated and exchange best practices
Organize and schedule webinars and offline events
Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
What You’ll Bring to the Party
5+ years of B2B enterprise Marketing experience
Presentation and influence skills for customers, prospects & partners
Proficient in productivity, collaboration, marketing automation and CRM tools (like Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Pardot, Omniture, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. A team player!
Proven success developing business value propositions and marketing assets in one or more of the following industries: Technology & Services, Software, Internet, Start Up, Media, or similar
HRTech or Recruiting experience a big plus
