We’re looking to hire a great Product Marketing Manager to help make our Applicant Communication Studio a success.

Why this Product Marketing Manager role will Interest you?

  • You will be the expert on our buyers and own the buyer personas

  • You will understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.

  • You’ll drive changes to our sales and marketing process based on your learnings.

What You’ll do in this Role?

  • Develop internal tools and external sales collateral from presentations and case studies to competitor talking points and one-pagers and deliver how and when to use them.

  • Know and support our sales team; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users

  • Manage an account based marketing program of hyper-targeted content for specific companies and industries

  • Be an expert on the competitive landscape and how our competitors are positioned.

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas.

  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

What Experiences You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a technology company, HRTech a plus.

  • 2+ years of market-facing experience, such as presenting to customers/prospects, and public speaking to senior management groups and at conferences

  • Proficient in productivity, collaboration, marketing automation and CRM tools (like Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Pardot, Omniture, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Power user of social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, etc.

  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
