We’re looking to hire a great Product Marketing Manager to help make our Applicant Communication Studio a success.
Why this Product Marketing Manager role will Interest you?
You will be the expert on our buyers and own the buyer personas
You will understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
You’ll drive changes to our sales and marketing process based on your learnings.
What You’ll do in this Role?
Develop internal tools and external sales collateral from presentations and case studies to competitor talking points and one-pagers and deliver how and when to use them.
Know and support our sales team; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users
Manage an account based marketing program of hyper-targeted content for specific companies and industries
Be an expert on the competitive landscape and how our competitors are positioned.
Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas.
Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
What Experiences You Will Bring
5+ years of product marketing experience at a technology company, HRTech a plus.
2+ years of market-facing experience, such as presenting to customers/prospects, and public speaking to senior management groups and at conferences
Proficient in productivity, collaboration, marketing automation and CRM tools (like Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Pardot, Omniture, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
Power user of social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, etc.
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
