Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Support professional who is obsessed with ensuring that our users have the best experience possible with our software. This person will have a passion for learning the “ins and outs” of a product and be the expert that customers, candidates, and colleagues can rely on.
What you will help us with:
Help our clients and their candidates have an amazing experience during their interview experience. This is accomplished through overseeing our outsourced support partners, by evaluating performance and providing additional product training
Analyze the information you are gathering from users to improve our business, products, and approach
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to prioritize and resolve the most important issues facing our end-users
Maintain a best-in-class Knowledge Center for our customers and their candidates, through the creation and updating of help desk articles, videos and FAQs

Qualifications
What we need you to have:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a Product/Software Support role
Experience with Zendesk, Intercom and other related Support tools
Genuine excitement to help others
Analytical problem solving skills and an excitement for new challenges
A strong desire to constantly improve how things are done
A keen attention to detail
Empathy and patience
