Job Description

Position Overview:
The role of a Program Manager I play a key role in supporting the Operations department in
various functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation processes. The role is responsible
for overseeing and managing the execution of government contracts, ensuring successful
delivery of technology solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and
stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

  •  Lead and manage the execution of government contracts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Risk Management:

  •  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability and compliance with contractual obligations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in project delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Contract Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, contractual agreements, and company policies.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Other Duties: Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.

Qualifications

  •  High School or GED diploma required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration) a plus.
  • PMP certification required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager in government contracting, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic security
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; previous experience leading project managers.
  • Ability to manage several programs concurrently with varying size and complexity. Manage the day to day of programs under the leadership of a Program Manager 2
