Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop program and task order specific metrics reporting in various sponsor and task formats.
  • Develop program and task order specific financial reporting in various sponsor and task formats.
  • Develop Inventory Tracking Report.
  • Develop Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR).
  • Develop WAWF Invoicing Notification and Support Documentation.
  • Develop Quality Documentation.
  • Develop status report to the Government Stakeholders on progress/results of IA testing.
  • Develop and provide minutes and status reports for collaborative meetings.
  • Provide Information Assurance oversight, project management, and logistics for the task.
  • Provide project management, planning, and coordination for all tasks.
  • Work with Government Stakeholders to ensure project management and reporting templates are defined and maintained for all new drafts.
  • Supervise personnel located all over the world.
  • Manage OCONUS deployment processes.
  • Develop reports, metrics and status utilizing capabilities such as: Microsoft SharePoint, Access, or Excel.

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Administrative skills and experience related to project management of a large Navy Contract
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

 

Education: Bachelors Degree.

Minimum Experience:Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR.

  • Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include:
    • Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation. Four (4) years as manager, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control. Note: Experience may be concurrent. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
