CFS is seeking a Application Intrusion Detection Support Technician. The position will report to our corporate office in the MD/DC Metro area. The contractor shall provide daily technical support for the Naval District Washington's (NDW) Intrusion Detection Enterprise Access Control System at the Washington Navy Yard.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for Lenel deployments across the NDW region, including:
  • Lenel Server administration and maintenance
  • Lenel applications and recording administration and maintenance
  • Lenel system configuration support
• Provide system level deployment,  implementation, integration, system testing across the NDW region.
• Provide Lenel Alarm Monitoring Administration and Troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot issues with access control card formats
• Troubleshoot and provide corrective action of Alarm Configurations
• Review monitoring zones to ensure clear viewpoints
• Perform replication processing and monitoring
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Turnstile Access issues within the NDW region

Three (3) years of verifiable experience including Lenel certification and a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Security+ certification
• Lenel certified (Prefference given to Lenel Enterprise certified)
• current Cybersecurity Awareness Training certificate.

Clearance:  Current Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain is required. Candidates are subject to background checks and investigations.
