Delivery Recruitment Consultant

Office location: Bristol city centre

£20,000 - £24,000 + Excellent commission structure + Benefits

As part of our growth plans here at Conventus Solutions, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant.

This is a fast-growing recruitment agency, specialising in the tech and defence industries.

Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Delivery Consultant to work within our sales team, sourcing candidates for major key accounts within the business. Working alongside our Senior Recruitment Consultants your role will involve searching for candidates to work within the Tech and Defence sectors across the UK. This position involves sourcing for Permanent and Contract positions and will suit someone with the drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced delivery role.

As a Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for:

·Sourcing candidates using our internal database and multiple job boards

·Interviewing candidates and matching to open or potential vacancies

·Communicating with our Consultants to discuss open roles and candidates

·Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview process, and continuous feedback

·Guiding and advising candidates throughout the interview process

·Formatting, creating, and advising candidates on their CVs and cover letters

·Creating attractive and engaging job adverts in line with our standards and quality

What we need from you:

·Previous recruitment delivery/ resourcing experience an advantage

·Highly motivated and driven to deliver results

·Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

·Excellent telephone manner

·Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills

·Ability to work under pressure
