•              Total IT Experience - 6+ Years

•              Expert level PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (backbone.js) and SugarCRM 7xx

•              Must have detailed understanding of SugarCRM 7 sidecar framework

•              Must have view level customization experience in SugarCRM 7 sidecar framework

•              Should have worked on SugarCRM Implementation and Integration with other applications

•              Knowledge on SugarCRM Modules and verticals

•              Experience / Knowledge on SugarCRM Reports

•              Experience in Web Development tools

•              Expert level in Object Oriented Design and MVC

•              Working knowledge on Git integration and version control

•              Experience on Linux and Apache

•              REST/ RESTFUL API

•              Experience and knowledge on data migration and Talend tool (ETL)

Nice to Have Skills:

•              Knowledge in Active Directory

•              Git Integration

•              Agile methodology

•              Database design skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

•              Leading the technical team and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects

•              Provide inputs for defining technical architecture of projects, including finalizing the DB schema

•              Provide technical guidance to team

•              Design and develop solutions in the SugarCRM framework

•              Deployment

•              Code reviews

•              Continuously improve the deployment process

•              Troubleshoot, optimize and performance tune

•              Integrate web services

•              Innovate and brainstorm new features
