Job Description

Business Development Representatives @ Contract Wrangler:

The sales team at Contract Wrangler is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization that is scaling aggressively in 2020. We are looking for intelligent self-starters, and passionate sellers who believe in our mission and our industry-defining technology. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first company representative in a prospect engagement and foundational in setting the pace for our sales growth. This is not a role for someone that is looking to be handed a playbook and told to go grind. We are looking for future CEOs and strategic thinkers with a bias toward action that can be a great long term addition to our team. Key responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling with a power-dialer

  • Research and build our database within our target accounts that range from Bay Area startups to the Fortune 100 global enterprises

  • Continually build sales pipeline through persistent outreach (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

  • Conduct high-level conversations with our target personas. 

  • Qualify and set up weekly meetings for Account Executives and organize sales lead information into Salesforce.com

  • Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our Senior leadership team to help shape our product roadmap

  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

Nice to have:

  • 1.5 years sales experience

  • Experience selling or building outbound pipeline

  • Experience in a high growth company

  • Sandler selling experience
