Job Description

How you’ll contribute:

The Growth Product Manager plays a key role at the intersection of customer engagement, business process integrations, partnerships, and product marketing.

  • Build growth into the product roadmap, set goals, and lead and track deliverables
  • Work closely with the customer success team on the customer journey, from onboarding to user engagement and to expansions by integration with business processes
  • Create metrics, collect data, measure results, and perform analysis to drive decisions
  • Identify opportunities in partnerships and building partnerships frameworks towards exponential growth from technical integration to monetization
  • Define product requirements and development plans and closely work with engineers to build connectors and API integrations across applications
  • Identify, analyze, and develop solutions and high-impact initiatives towards growth across the whole life-cycle of customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and expansion
  • Develop product market intelligence, value proposition, product demos, and white papers

    Competencies:

    • Understanding of growth KPIs and optimization
    • Excellent in communication and writing skills
    • Technically conversant to collaborate with engineers in agile software development and building integrations with 3rd party applications
    • Proficient in writing database queries (SQL) and leveraging tools such as Tableau
    • Proven track record in developing high quality, performant, and maintainable products and processes
    • Experience in building products from concept to post-launch

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrably significant background in B2B SaaS products and markets
    • Significant experience in building API and integrations
    • Deep understanding of customer acquisition and complex funnels
    • Graduate degree
