Job Description

ü  Extremely high level of “Attention to detail” in reviewing Contracts, for achieving the desired Quality.

ü  Achieving Consistency within the team of Attorneys, by coaching them periodically to apply every Tag with perfect relevance to the Contracts.

ü  Ensuring that the given Contracts are processed within the Client's Quality requirements.

ü  Ability to communicate effectively with the Directors, Managers and the team of Attorneys. 

ü  Reviewing the Quality of the Attorneys periodically to understand their “pattern of errors” and train them well to achieve a uniform level of Consistency with the team.

ü  Manage, motivate and train the team to produce high Quality work.

ü  Good understanding of the Reporting Structure and working well within the Reporting Metrics.

ü  Out of Box thinking to manage Special Projects pertaining to Quality.

ü  Providing the required information to the Machine Learning Team and collaborating with the ML Engineers to build the ML functionality.

Qualifications

·         Functional/Technical Skills

·         Quick learner and Adaptive to a change in the process within a short period of time.

·         Self-Time Management and ability to delegate work properly and achieve quality objectives

·         Good Communication Skills - both verbal and written, in the English Language.

·        Dedicated, Trustworthy and Performing additional tasks and responsibilities when assigned.

·         Should be a good team player, and an individual contributor and extreme drive for Results

·         Customer Focused and Detailing for the QC check

·         A strong Analytical and good Interpersonal Skills and managing high level professional Peer Relationships

·         Well experienced in the Contract Management/Abstraction process, especially through Software platform.

·         Knowledge of all major elements of Contracts and Clauses of Contracts.
