• Define, create and implement standards for plant maintenance based on SAP standard functions and enhancement by add ons
• Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP S/4 HANA PM/QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within shopfloor operations
• Maintain and manage the overall project tasks related to functional area aligned with the overall project plan
• Support Rollout Team and local key user organization
• Work with business to design an authorization concept
• Support PM/QM rollout teams on the invidiual S4 Rollouts.
• Support central data migration team and rollout team on PM/QM relevant migration and mass creation of master data
• Define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing. Generate blueprint and test catalogue
• Implement SAP S/4 HANA PM/QM modules as member of the project team, attendance in various testing sessions
• Test system upgrades and system enhancements
• Serve as a PM/QM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs
• Work with external vendor supplied resource related to functional area ensuring quality of work, approval of all solutions, and alignment of solutions to divisional standards

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable experience gained through several years of practical work
• Several years of experience in an SAP environment in at least one relevant SAP module and within a multinational environment
• Strong SAP know-how in the respective SAP modules
• Operational Experience in Quality Management, Plant Maintenance and related Departments
• English: fluent in speaking and writing
• Project management skills with successful delivery of at least one global or regional project
• Solid business process know-how (preferred: experience in operational business, e.g. as LKU, CKU, etc.)
• Ability to drive change and lead by influence, while creating transparency
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) 
• Ability to think cross-BA and cross-functionally and to work in high-visibility roles
• Strong communication skills across different management levels, cultural styles, and diverse teams
• Willingness to travel
