As a Source-to-Pay Solutions Specialist, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and digital platforms across our global organization. In collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users, you will help enhance user experience, drive adoption, and support efficient and standardized Source-to-Contract operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Platform Operations & Support: Support the daily operation of Source-to-Contract platforms, ensuring stable user experience and resolving system-related inquiries.
• Process & System Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and digital solutions, helping drive efficiency, standardization, and automation.
• User Enablement & Training: Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to increase platform adoption and user confidence.
• Data & Content Management: Maintain high-quality procurement data, supplier information, contract content, and system records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting & Insights: Support the creation of reports and dashboards, analyze platform usage, and provide insights to improve performance and adoption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Procurement, IT and business teams to gather requirements, coordinate activities, and support successful solution delivery.
• System Enhancements & Projects: Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Source-to-Contract landscape.
• Governance & Compliance: Help ensure procurement processes and systems align with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, supply chain management, procurement or a related field.
• Professional Experience: min.2 years professional experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or related business functions
• Project and/or Process experience: Participation in procurement or process-related activities, supporting tasks such as process execution, documentation, reporting, or system-related support
• Technical Skills: Experience with digital business applications; knowledge of procurement solutions is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP MM or similar procurement systems.
• Communication & Language Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with excellent verbal and written English.
• Working Style: Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
