Job Description

The HR organization is looking for a detail-oriented HR Sustainability & Reporting Specialist to play a key role in ensuring HR-related compliance and reporting under evolving regulatory frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

This role involves preparing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of HR-related data for reports, as well as managing internal and external audit requests related to HR metrics.

Your Tasks:

  • Collect, analyze, and prepare HR-related data to ensure compliance with CSRD, ESRS, and other sustainability frameworks.
  • Ensure the auditability of reported HR data points.
  • Monitor reporting fulfillment progress, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Sustainability teams to align HR data reporting with corporate objectives.
  • Track and interpret evolving reporting regulations to ensure HR-related data meets all legal and corporate requirements.
  • Improve methodologies for HR data collection, reporting, and audit readiness, leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions where applicable.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in audit, reporting, or compliance, with a strong focus on HR and sustainability reporting.
  • Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and other sustainability reporting standards.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Awareness of data protection principles and the ability to handle sensitive HR information securely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
