Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements for purchasing, sales, finance, and services departments
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for managing day-to-day legal activities
- Support external counsel in litigation matters, including case analysis and strategy development
- Conduct legal risk assessments and prepare detailed litigation reports
- Perform legal research and analysis on contract-related matters and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and compliance issues
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain organized legal documentation and contract records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
- Prepare legal memoranda and opinions on contractual and litigation issues
Qualifications

**Essential Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Postgraduate qualification in Litigation, Civil Procedural Law, or Contracts
- Proficiency in English at intermediate level or above, with demonstrated ability to draft and review complex legal documentation
