Job Description

For our dynamic team in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning (TMOD & L), we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting September 1st, 2026, for a duration of up to six months. In this role, you will actively support exciting topics in an international environment at our corporate headquarters in Hanover, e.g.:

  • Contribute to projects related to TMOD & L
  • Help design training initiatives and learning formats – from initial brainstorming through concept development to delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of development programs for employees and leaders
  • Prepare presentations and content in a clear and structured way for different target groups
  • Assist with organizational and conceptual tasks in daily operations
  • Collaborate with internal partners in an international environment

Qualifications

  • You are planning your mandatory internship as part of your studies (Bachelor or Master)
  • You have a strong interest in people, their talents, learning and collaboration within organizations
  • You approach new topics with openness, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
  • You are able to structure and present content in a clear and understandable way
  • You work independently, are well organized and enjoy contributing your own ideas
  • You communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences – in both German and English
  • You are confident in using Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Copilot
