Job Description

We are looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal, for a replacement period of, approximately, 2 years.

As Controller Analyst you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Controlling of the Primary Costs of  HQ cost centers for BA  EMEA for the complete process of Actual, FC and Budget;
  • Operative Headcount controlling for  HQ functions of BA EMEA for the complete process;
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the Power BI – based Cost Center Reporting Tool to support cost center owners with comprehensive cost and headcount tracking.
  • Ensure correct monthly Headcount reporting for entire BA EMEA HQ Function to Accounting;
  • Management and documentation of  the BA - wide role concept for all HQ functions;
  • Ensure compliant setup and maintenance of eSR roles as well as VIM and CEOS authorizations.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance;
  • 2/3 years of experience in similar functions (preferred);
  • SAP user experience;
  • Expert in advanced office tool (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, etc);
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
  • Strong drive for results, including proactive problem resolution skills in delivering stringent deadlines;
  • Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward and a good team player;
