Job Description

1. Work on Month / Year end closing to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and reporting.

2. Provide Actual, Forecast, Budget reporting and other internal regular or Ad Hoc reporting required by superior.

3. Implement controlling process together with manager and controller.

4. Support effective management of working capital.

5. Assist on regular tax tasks e.g., monthly/annually tax declaration, export tax rebates, internal and external audit.

6. Assist on periodical transactions that required representation from the Company at banks, tax bureaus and other statutory organizations.

7. Drive the process optimization through data automation by Power BI, AI, and other technical tools.

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

 

Qualifications

1. University degree or above with Accounting/Finance background.

2. 0-3 years working experience in Finance area in an international manufacturing company.

3. Number sensitive, analytical thinking and hands-on working style.

4. Good IT skill for using SAP, Office software and BI Tool.

5. Good team spirit but also willing to work independently and good communication skills.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision.

7. Good English in oral, reading and writing.
