•  Work with team members to Quote Injection Tooling and parts, introduce new molds, tooling, and processes that meet all technical requirements and exceed customer expectations.
• Participate and provide engineering input and feedback on new tooling and part designs, testing, and operational parameters.
• Develop plastics injection processes and generate documentation and controls to ensure efficient and optimum run consistency.
• Contribute to managing new order scheduling, all work order documentation.
• Provide hands on participation, assistance, guidance, and leadership in all operational activities with the team.
• Drive molding process improvements to include qualification, cycle time efficiency, and scrap reduction.
• Assist in the set-up, operation, trouble shooting, and repair of shop equipment.
• Support and report on all company and departmental Safety, Quality, and Productivity metrics and goals

• Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 3+ years’ experience with Injection Molding or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• experience in plastic production processes and ramp-up projects with 3+ years’ experience 
• Plastics mold design experience
• Communication with German experts in English
