Job Description

  • Follow up on import and export processes;
  • Contact the materials planning team to align demands with import suppliers;
  • Contact the customs service team to align demands with export customers;
  • Contact customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers for follow-up and alignment;
  • Prepare export documentation;
  • Check import documentation;
  • Monitor and verify the amounts invoiced by customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers according to negotiated contracts;
  • Contact the Purchasing team to evaluate better values ​​in international freight costs;
  • Propose suggestions for improvements related to tax benefits.

Qualifications

Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar;

Advanced English;

Previous experience in Foreign Trade.
