• The Customs and Foreign Trade Analyst is responsible to support and execute Customs and Foreign Trade Central Function projects with regards of general customs activities and administrative tasks for the Automotive business.
• Main contact with productive Plants, R&D locations, Trade Service Providers and Government dependencies to ensure governance and compliance.
• Review and follow up TSP (trade service provider) activities, reporting and KPIs according to internal procedures.
• IMMEX & PROSEC preparation, review, and report execution.
• OEA / AEO support, coordination, and review for compliance.
• Support and registration for Brokers management.
• HTS coordination between legal entities and customs brokers.
• Audit of annexes 24 and 31 in SECIIT systems.
• Verify compliance with Electronic Billings (CFDI Entry & Transfer).
• Support trainings together with customs, export, and plants.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, International Law, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced English 
• Experience:
  • In international trade, customs, and regulatory compliance
  • Programs like IMMEX, PROSEC, OEA/AEO
  • Virtual Operations / CTM's
  • In the automotive industry is a plus
  • Free Trade Agreements 
• Knowledge: 
  • Customs and international trade laws and regulations
  • Tariff classification (HTS) and broker management
  • Auditing systems
  • Project Management 
  • PowerBI
